THE MSTW PLANNING DISTRICT BY-LAW 1-2025 TO ADOPT A REVISED MSTW PLANNING DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO REPLACE BY-LAW 1-2014, AS AMENDMENDED.

GENERAL INTENT OF BY-LAW 1-2025: |
|
The primary goals of this development plan are to provide a framework to guide decisions on the management of land use, infrastructure, environment and transportation to meet the needs of the citizens of the Planning District. The Plan’s vision includes preserving and enhancing the district’s livability through principles of land use management, sustainable development, conservation of agriculture and natural environmental assets, economic development and nurturing regional partnerships. |
